Integral Maritime’s three-hour Introduction to Maritime Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) workshop is designed for all people working in any role across the maritime industry and will introduce the participants to DEI concepts as they apply to their workplace.
The content delivered will increase knowledge and understanding of DEI definitions and concepts, provide insights, tools and resources relevant to the specific challenges encountered in the maritime industry. This will result in participants improved practical application of DEI in the maritime sector.
It is suitable for all people working in any maritime role, or any other similar industry experiencing challenges for gender equity and diversity, and through case studies and content application, is particularly relevant to those people working in operational roles.
The workshop also includes information to better understand and apply the new Positive Duty to prevent sexual discrimination and harassment in the workplace, with tools, resources and bystander interventions.
